The Amsterdam, Holland scene was actually filmed in England's Hull's Trinity Square.

The Mosque scene that was in Shadwell was not filmed in East London, It was filmed in Hull.

Neil Calcutt's "Tickets please" shout during the attack on the coach scene was unfortunately cut from the final edit of the film.
