An entire dialog sequence was lifted directly from Fred Olen Ray's Active Stealth (1999) when the film came in under time.
Looks like a lot of shots from "Iron Eagle" were used. When Snipe's character has a flashback while on the transport plane, the sequence looks to the be identical to the destruction "Doug Masters" inflicted during his invasion scene rescuing his dad.
