The bongo/conga player is Chaino, aka Leon Johnson, who made several albums in the '50s and '60s taking advantage of the popularity of exotica music.

The star of this film Robert Alda is the father of Alan Alda, most notable for his role as Dr. Hawkeye Pierce on the long running tv series M*A*S*H.
The actors voiced disapproval of the film, with star Linda Christian stating that she liked acting her part, but she felt that the script was too superficial. She didn't appreciate that the production team changed the emphasis from magic and witchcraft to devil worship.
