Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort re-worked some parts of the script to include a stronger evangelistic message.
In one scene there's a sign in both English and Hebrew. The English says, "Do not cross! Violators will be shot" The Hebrew says exactly the same thing, but in English. The writers used Hebrew letters to create the same English words, and it is even read left to right, which is backwards in Hebrew.
The movie was supposed to be released in theaters on December 31, 2002, but the film was never released (but only in church screens).
"Rayford Steele: What can you do? Buck Williams: I can't do anything, but God can."
"Witness Eli: He who believes in the Son is not condemned, but he who does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the Name of the only begotten Son of God. Rabbi Tsion Ben-Judah: And the Name ... of the Son of God? Witness Eli and Witness Moishe: He is the Christ, Jesus!"
