Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes and Huntsmen Part One brings together the worlds of DC Universe and RWBY in an exciting crossover. When the Justice League members find themselves in the unfamiliar world of Remnant, transformed into teenagers with lost memories, they team up with RWBY's heroes to uncover the mystery behind their predicament. Director Kerry Shawcross and writer Meghan Fitzmartin successfully introduce newcomers to the world of Remnant while delivering an engaging plot with interesting character developments. The action scenes are thrilling, featuring intense battles against the formidable Grimm creatures and a colossal Wyvern. The animation, with its anime influence, adds a refreshing touch and showcases a marked improvement compared to previous DC computer-animated films. Despite being unfamiliar with the RWBY franchise, the film remained enjoyable, leaving me eager to see how the story unfolds in Part Two. Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes and Huntsmen Part One is a fun and captivating watch, leaving audiences eagerly anticipating the next installment.
This is RWBY's first animated film being produced by the same team behind the series.
The plot is partially inspired by the Justice League Unlimited episode Kid Stuff. However, instead of the heroes transforming into children, they turn into adolescent teenagers.
