The doorbell tone on Flora's house is the Imperial March from Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980).
Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, Bobby Moynihan, and Kate Micucci have all previously worked together on DuckTales (2017) providing the voices of Huey, Dewey, and Louie Duck and Webby Vanderquack, respectively. And in Moynihan's first appearance in the comic book store he can be seen reading a DuckTales comic book.
In one scene, Flora's father, George tells her he loves her, and Flora responds, "I love you 3000." This is the same thing Tony Stark's daughter says to him when he tucks her into bed in Avengers: Endgame (2019).
As is made obvious in the beginning, Disney is using its full rights of ownership of the Marvel Universe. As such, Bobby Moynihan's character is a comic book store owner named Stanlee, a nice tribute to Marvel's late creator, Stan Lee.
In his first appearance, the comic book store owner/manager character is wearing a "Mumford Phys. Ed. Dept." T-shirt. This is the shirt famously worn by Eddie Murphy as Axel Foley in the original Beverly Hills Cop (1984) film (following the release of that movie, sales of these shirts skyrocketed).
"Flora: It turns out the hardest thing about having hope is watching the people who don't."
"Phyllis: How could I ever forget that there's magic in the world when you're standing right in front of me?"
