Construction workers of a demolition site in Belfast, where filming took place, were told to put the tearing down of the houses on hold and leave some standing for the shooting of this movie. The remainder of the houses were then blown up for the movie (for the effect of the bombs in World War II).
Stephen Amell's voice was later dubbed over after filming for his character, Teddy Gordon, had finished.
