Moreover, Samsung promises 7 years of software support, keeping it in line with Pixel phones, and excellent performance. The only drawbacks seem to be hit-and-miss AI features and okay-ish cameras.

Verdict: The Google Pixel 8 Pro looks more polished than its predecessor, brings a bright and rich display, and tons of AI camera features that are yet to drop. But beyond everything else, Google promises a whopping 7 years of software updates. This essentially means the phone will stay relevant until 2030, but its performance might not hold up well until then due to an underwhelming Tensor G3 chipset.

Despite the bloatware, it competes well with other flagship devices. While the pricing may be a tough sell with alternatives like Moto Edge 30 Ultra (review), OnePlus 11 (review), and iQOO 11 available, the Reno10 Pro+ is still a solid choice under Rs 60,000.
