The flagship smartphone series from Xiaomi was first announced in China last year and globally just last month. - Xiaomi 14 Ultra has been launched at Rs 99,999 for the single variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Xiaomi 14 is priced at Rs 69,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
- The first sale for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is scheduled to take place on April 12th via mi.com and Xiaomi Home outlets.
- Xiaomi 14 will be available on March 11th at 12 PM via mi.com, Xiaomi outlets, Mi Home stores, Amazon and Flipkart.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a large 6.73-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3200 x 1440 pixels resolution, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 3000 nits peak brightness. It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 coupled with an Adreno 750 GPU.
The chipset is paired with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 14-based HyperOS custom skin out of the box.
