According to rumours, the Xiaomi 14 Civi’s base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model will run you about Rs 43,000. It will come in three colour options: Cruise Blue, Matcha Green, and Shadow Black.
Besides this, a promotional banner seen outside a store indicates that the Xiaomi 14 Civi will be available for approximately Rs 45,000. Additionally, it mentioned a Rs 3,000 exchange bonus and an instant Rs 3,000 bank discount. In addition, there will be a Xiaomi Easy financing option for EMI, with a beginning monthly payment of Rs 2,389.

- Display: The Xiaomi 14 Civi will feature a quad-curved 1.5K AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. One of its competitors in the segment, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro, comes with a superior 6.78-inch FHD+ 144Hz AMOLED panel.
- Processor: It will draw power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. On the other hand, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro packs a slightly older Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
- RAM/Storage: It will come with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. With the iQOO Neo 9 Pro, you only get 12GB RAM and 256GB storage options.
- Battery and charging: Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 Civi will have a 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro offers a larger 5,160mAh battery and supports a faster 120W charging speed.
- Rear camera: It will house a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP Leica Summilux primary snapper, a 50MP Leica 50mm Portrait Telephoto shooter, and a 12MP Leica 15mm ultrawide lens. With iQOO Neo 9 Pro, you only get a dual rear camera setup: a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens.
- Front camera: It will feature a 32MP dual camera setup on the front for selfies and video chats, a significantly better camera setup than iQOO Neo 9 Pro’s single 16MP selfie snapper.
