Airtel and Jio hiked the prices of their prepaid and postpaid plans last week. As expected, Vodafone Idea (Vi) has also increased the prices of its plans across the board. The new prices will come into effect this week for all three telcos. The price hike affects unlimited voice, daily data, data add-ons, and postpaid plans.

Vi prepaid, postpaid plans hiked
Vi's new prices for its prepaid and postpaid plans will be effective from July 4th onwards. Until then you can recharge or opt for a postpaid plan with the old price and get the same benefits. Post-July 4th, you'll have to pay the new price. Here's a detailed look at the revised prices of Vi's prepaid and postpaid plans.

Unlike Airtel and Jio, Vi doesn't offer 5G services so these benefits are for 4G data only. In comparison, Vi's new prices are at par with Airtel and Jio but it does miss out on 5G services. Since there are still two more days to go for the new prices to go into effect, you can recharge now or queue up your plan.
