Data consumption needs are ever-growing with the rapid expansion of content consumption and gaming, especially on mobiles. With that in mind, the leading telecom network, Vodafone Idea has launched two unique data sachet packs in India, dubbed the ‘Super Hour’ and ‘Super Day’. These data packs are available for customers through Vi mobile app, website and offline stores.

- The Vi Super Hour offer brings unlimited data benefits for 60 minutes and is priced at Rs 24.
- On the other hand, the Vi ‘Super Day’ offers 6GB of data, which is valid for 24 hours as the name suggests. This data sachet is priced at Rs 49.
- The Rs 24 and Rs 49 data sachets don’t offer any voice or SMS benefits since they are just data-only recharge plans.
“These sachet packs are designed especially for youth and young adults with heavy data requirements. With this, Vi prepaid users can also enjoy binge-watching movies, streaming videos, listening to music, playing games, surfing, chatting, working or studying without worrying about data exhaustion. Vi customers can also use these packs to play Vi Games, enjoy the latest movies and videos on Vi Movies & TV or listen to their favourite numbers on Vi Music on the Vi app,” said Vi in a statement.
This comes amidst Vodafone Idea gearing up to roll out the 5G network across India. While the company hasn’t mentioned any specific timeline, things might start moving before the end of the year, probably. On the other hand, Airtel and Jio are rapidly expanding the 5G network in various parts of India.
