Tecno Camon 30 5G, Camon 30 Premier 5G price in India, availability
Tecno Camon 30 5G comes in 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB variants, priced at Rs 22,999 and Rs 26,999, respectively. However, as part of the launch, Tecno is providing an instant bank discount of Rs 3,000, which brings down their price to Rs 19,999 and Rs 23,999, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G is offered in the sole 12GB+512GB variant for Rs 39,999. But, after an instant bank discount of Rs 3,000, the price of the phone comes down to Rs 36,999.
Both phones will be available for purchase for Indian consumers through Amazon starting on May 23rd. The Camon 30 5G is offered in Uyuni Salt White colours and Iceland Basaltic Dark, while the Camon 30 Premier 5G has Silver Snow and Black Lava colour options.
Camon 30 5G
The Tecno Camon 30 5G has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset. It packs up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The phone operates on Android 14 with HiOS 14 and promises to get two major Android updates and three years of security patches.
The Camon 30 5G packs a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.57-inch sensor and OIS, as well as a 2MP depth sensor. It has a 50MP sensor on the front.
The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 70W fast charging. Other features such as USB Type-C, NFC, in-display fingerprint scanner, IR Blaster, Stereo Dual Speaker, Dolby Atmos, and more are included in the phone.

The Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G features a 6.77-inch 1.5K AMOLED LTPO display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1400 nits peak brightness. It also has a Wet Finger touchscreen operation that lets users use their phone with wet fingers. The Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G featured a 6.67-inch comparatively.
It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM with 512GB storage. The phone runs on Android 14 with HiOS 14, but it will also get two major Android updates along with three years of security patches. Last year's Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G was launched with the Dimensity 8050 SoC. The Dimensity 8200 chipset is comparatively faster and smoother and is used by several other phones, including Vivo V30 Pro 5G, OPPO Reno11 Pro, and more.
In terms of camera, it has a 50MP OIS-enabled Sony IMX890 1/1.56-inch main sensor, 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. On the front, it has a 50MP eye autofocus selfie camera.
The Camon 30 Premier 5G has a 5,000mAh battery with 70W wired fast charging support. It also features an IR Blaster, an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IP54 rating, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, Stereo Dual Speaker, Dolby Atmos, and more. It is worth noting that there is an increase in the charging speeds, as the Camon 20 Premier 5G offers 45W wired fast charging support, while the Camon 30 Premier 5G has 70W fast charging technology.
