Tech giant Sony has launched a new ULT Power Sound series in India with new speakers and headphones. The lineup includes Sony ULT Tower 10, ULT Field 7, ULT Field 1 speakers, and ULT Wear noise-cancelling wireless headphones. These newly announced products feature a ULT button for different sound modes. Take a look at the price and other details of the new products.

Sony ULT Power Sound series speakers, headphones price in India

  • The Sony ULT Tower 10 speaker is priced at Rs 89,990, while the ULT Field 7 speaker comes at Rs 39,990 in Black colour.
  • On the other hand, the Sony ULT Field 1 is launched for Rs 10,990 and is available in White, Black, Forest Gray, and Orange colours.
  • The Sony ULT Wear wireless headphones come for Rs 16,990 in White, Black, and Forest Gray colours.

Sony ULT Tower 10, ULT Field 7, ULT Field 1 speakers

ULT Tower 10: The Sony ULT Tower 10 is touted as a party speaker with a ULT button for deeper bass and karaoke features, including a wireless mic. The wireless speaker also comes with Massive Bass, 360-degree Party Sound, and 360-degree Party Light features in order to transform your home into a party hub, and it can also be connected to a TV. The speaker has Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and offers SBC, AAC, and LDAC codecs support. Users can link it to 100 compatible speakers for synchronised music and lighting via the Party Connect feature.

ULT Field 7: The Sony ULT Field 7 is claimed to offer up to 30 hours of battery life and features quick charging technology that allows users to get three hours of playtime in 10 minutes. Additionally, the speaker comes with an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. The speaker has a ULT button, two bass modes, and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. It can also be linked to 100 speakers and customised via Party Connect. The new party speaker supports SBC, AAC, and LDAC codecs. 

ULT Field 1: The Sony ULT Field 1 speaker is claimed to feature up to 12 hours of battery life and also features an IP67 rating and a ULT button for selecting bass. The speaker has an inbuilt microphone for hands-free calling and Echo Cancelling technology that allows clearer calls. The all-new ULT Field 1 offers Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity with AAC and SBC codec support.

ULT Wear wireless headphones

The Sony ULT Wear has been launched as a noise-cancelling wireless headphones. It features 40mm drivers and a frequency response range of 5Hz–20,000Hz. The wireless headphones operate on the company’s Integrated Processor V1 and also include a ULT button, just like the speakers.

They support dual noise sensor technology to cut extra noise and a sensor that automatically pauses the music once it is taken off your head. It offers Bluetooth 5.2 and can be connected to two devices at once.

The company says the headphones can last up to 50 hours with Noise Cancelling off and up to 30 hours with Noise Cancelling on. Additionally, it comes with a fast charging feature that allows 90 hours of playtime with just 3 3-minute charge.

The Sony ULT Wear wireless headphones have been launched at under Rs 17,000 for Indian consumers. At this price point, users can also try the Sennheiser Accentum Plus. The recently launched Accentum Plus features hybrid Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation technology. It is claimed to offer up to 50 hours of playtime with ANC on. The headphones are available for Rs 15,990 on several platforms.
