Following the launch of the Sennheiser Accentum earbuds, the company has launched the all-new Sennheiser Momentum Sport in India. The wireless earbuds are priced under Rs 30,000 and feature heart rate and body temperature sensors, 10mm dynamic drivers and adaptive noise cancellation mode, an IP55 rating, and much more. Sennheiser Momentum Sport price in India, availability
Sennheiser has mentioned that the all-new Momentum Sport wireless earbuds can be purchased at an introductory price of Rs 27,990. However, the company’s official website has listed the earbuds for Rs 24,990.
Sennheiser Momentum Sport features
The newly launched Sennheiser Momentum Sport earbuds feature a 10mm transducer for better bass. It also features an adaptive noise-cancelling mode, transparency mode, and anti-wind mode, which users can switch according to their surroundings and choices.
The wireless earbuds come with Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity with support for aptX Adaptive, AAC, and SBC codecs. These codecs encode audio for Bluetooth transmission, optimising sound quality, latency, and compatibility for different devices and use cases.
The Sennheiser Momentum Sport earbuds offer up to 24 hours of battery life with fast charging capabilities. It can be charged via USB-C cable or Qi charging pad. Additionally, the earbuds feature an IP55 sweat and water resistance rating.
The wireless earbuds incorporate a heart rate sensor and a body temperature sensor. The company says it supplies critical data to connected fitness apps and devices. They offer an accuracy of +/- 0.3 degrees Celsius for temperature measurements and a heart rate detection range of 30 to 220 bpm (beats per minute).
Sennheiser Momentum Sport alternatives
The Sennheiser Momentum Sport has been launched for around Rs 28,000. At this price point, you can also try the Sony WF-1000XM5, which is available for Rs 24,990 and comes with 360 Reality Audio, an IPX4 rating, up to 8 hours of battery with fast charging support, and more. On the other hand, the Bose Ultra Open is priced at Rs 25,900. It offers up to 7.5 hours of battery life, an IPX4 rating, and Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity, among other features.
