The TENAA certification website hints at the tablet's China launch. But its global, and India model numbers - 24074RPD2G and 24074RPD2I - that recently appeared online suggest it will soon be unveiled in other markets. Furthermore, the tablet has recently appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website as well.
It is anticipated that there might be no difference between the 4G model and the 5G model except for the connectivity. Though not confirmed, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G might be priced around Rs 20,000, similar to other tablets such as the Realme Pad 2, OnePlus Pad Go, and Lenovo Tab M11, among others.
It is worth mentioning that the Redmi Pad Pro 4G starts at EUR 299 (approx Rs 27,000) for the base 6GB+128GB model in Europe, while the tablet's same storage was launched for CNY 1,499 (around Rs 17,600) in China. Also, POCO Pad, the company's first tablet, is likely a rebrand of the Redmi Pad Pro and has been announced for USD 300, around Rs 25,000, for the 8GB+256GB model.
