Redmi 12 5G, Redmi 12 4G prices in India, sale details
- Redmi 12 4G has a starting price of Rs 9,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant and Rs 11,499 for the 6GB+128GB model.
- The Redmi 12 5G starts at Rs 11,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant. The 6GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 13,499 while the 8GB+256GB version will be available for Rs 15,499.
- The company is offering an instant discount of Rs 1,000 with ICICI Credit and Debit cards.
- The Redmi 12 4G and Redmi 12 5G will go on sale starting today. The phones will be sold via mi.com, Flipkart, and Xiaomi retail stores. The Redmi 12 5G will be sold via Amazon instead of Flipkart.

Should you buy the Redmi 12 5G?
We recently reviewed the Redmi 12 5G, which is one of the most affordable 5G phones on the market. This doesn’t mean to say there are compromises. The device exudes a premium feel thanks to its glass-back design, which is one of a kind in the segment.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 can handle most of the daily tasks with ease and we barely noticed any lags or stutters in the UI. The 90Hz refresh rate adds to the smoother performance. The cameras on the phone are decent and get the job done. For the price, the Redmi 12 5G’s cameras are more than respectable. The 5000mAh battery can last an entire day even with moderate to heavy usage. The 18W fast charging juices up the phone relatively faster.
On the whole, if you are in the market for a budget 5G phone, the Redmi 12 5G is a no-brainer.
