Realme ‘Make in India’ smartphones heading to Nepal; AIoT products likely to follow suit

Realme, much like several other Chinese OEMs such as Xiaomi, OPPO, and Vivo, assemble their smartphones locally, though many of the components have to be flown in from elsewhere. This is done to prevent the near impossible-to-navigate labyrinth of red tape when dealing with imported goods. Now, Realme India has stated that it will export its 'Make in India' smartphones to Nepal. It seems that Realme's production capabilities are enough to satiate local demand and cater to international orders. Nepal is a good place to start, too, as it shares a border with India.
