Realme GT Neo 6 price, chipset details tipped

Besides working on the Realme GT 5 Pro, the company looks to be prepping another GT series phone but this will be under Neo branding. The handset in question is the Realme GT Neo 6. Now, a tipster on Weibo has revealed some key details of the phone, including the chipset and some design elements. The price details of the phone have also been tipped.

Realme GT Neo 6 hardware details

According to the tipster on Weibo, the Realme GT Neo 6 will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which is still quite powerful.
The handset is tipped to feature an aluminium frame, which should make the phone quite durable.
The tipster claims the Realme GT Neo 6 will be priced under RMB 2,000 (approx Rs 22,900). This is a really aggressive pricing for the choice of SoC.
There are chances the Realme GT Neo 6 could be based on the Realme GT 5, which launched in China a while ago.
The Realme GT Neo 6 will arrive as a successor to the Realme GT Neo 5.

OS: Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 custom skin out of the box.
Rear cameras: The Realme GT 5 packs triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP Sony IMX890 camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro shooter.
There is a 16MP shooter for selfies and video chats.
Battery: There are two variants of Realme GT 5: one with a 4,600mAh battery and 240W fast charging and another with a 5,240mAh battery and 150W fast charging.
