- The phone will be powered by an octa-core processor with 1 + 3 + 4 core configuration and a peak clock speed of 2.80Hz. The motherboard section mentions ‘pineapple’, which could be associated with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3.
- The chipset could be integrated with Adreno 732 GPU for graphics.

Realme GT 6T appeared on the NBTC database and was spotted on the FCC certification, which confirmed a 5,500mAh battery and 120W SuperVOOC charging. The listing shows the handset will measure 162 × 75.1 × 8.65mm and weighs 191 grams. Realme UI 5.0 custom skin will take care of the software side of things.
