Realme GT 6 launch date has been officially announced. The new Realme GT smartphone is being teased as the ‘AI Flagship Killer’, so we can expect generative AI features on the device. Realme GT 6 would be the second smartphone from the series to launch in India after the GT 6T.
Realme GT 6 global launch date
The Realme GT 6 launch is scheduled for June 20th. While this is a global launch event, the smartphone will also be available in India. It has also been confirmed that the Realme GT 6 will be available via Flipkart. Realme hasn’t revealed anything else about the phone other than teasing it to be the ‘AI Flagship Killer’.
Realme is yet to officially reveal details about the GT 6 but there have been leaks around it. One revealed the AI features that the Realme GT 6 will come with, and these include AI Smart Loop for text generation and summarisation, AI Night Vision for low light photography, and AI Smart Removal to remove objects from images. Realme is also adding its own version of Google’s Circle to Search with ‘AI Smart Search’. This feature will let users search for anything on the screen just by circling a specific part.
There’s also speculation that the Realme GT 6 might launch as a rebrand of the GT Neo 6 that’s available in China. The smartphone’s design was also revealed in a teaser image shared by Realme’s vice president, Chase Xu. The phone looks quite similar to the Realme GT Neo 6. If so, then we can expect the Realme GT 6 to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
Realme GT Neo 6 also boasts specifications like a 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging, a 50MP primary camera and a 120Hz AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
