Realme C63 with Android 14, 5,000mAh battery launched in Indonesia: price, specs

Realme C63 has been launched in Indonesia officially as the new C-series offering. The phone has a large square camera module on the back, a waterdrop notch to house the selfie shooter, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. There is a new vegan leather option, which looks elegant. The handset has a large 6.74-inch display, 45W fast charging support, and boots Android 14 OS.

Realme C63 price, sale

The realme C63 is priced at IDR 19,99,000 (approx Rs 10,250) for the 6GB + 128GB model and IDR 2,299,000 (around Rs 11,800) for the 8GB/128GB variant. The phone will be on sale in Indonesia and Malaysia from June 5th.

What’s new on Realme C63?

The Realme C63 comes as an iterative upgrade over the Realme C53, which is already on sale in India. Both phones have the same 6.74-inch HD+ display and the same brightness and refresh rates. We also get the same Unisoc T612 chipset, which only offers 4G LTE connectivity. Now, there is no 4GB storage option as the base variant starts with 6GB.

Interestingly, the 108MP camera on the Realme C53 is downgraded to a 50MP shooter but we can’t come to conclusions without reviewing the results of the new model. While the battery capacity is 5000mAh on both models, the fast charging speed is bumped to 45W on the Realme C63 from 18W on the Realme C53.

The Realme C63 sports a 6.74-inch HD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 560nits peak brightness, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 1600X720 pixels resolution, and 90.3 percent screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone is powered by the UNISOC T612 SoC paired with Mali-G57 GPU for graphics.

The phone comes in two models: 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB native storage, which is further expandable via a microSD card. The Realme C63 runs on Android 14-based Realme UI custom skin out of the box. There is a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and a secondary sensor. We have an 8MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.

The Realme C63 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a 3.5mm audio jack.
