POCO X6 series is expected to launch soon with at least two phones — POCO X6 and POCO X6 Pro. The two phones have already been spotted on BIS and IMDA certification websites suggesting an imminent launch. There’s speculation too about the POCO X6 series launching as rebranded Redmi phones globally, and in India. 91mobiles has now spotted the POCO X6 on Geekbench, and the listing further adds to the said speculation.
POCO X6 Geekbench listing
- POCO X6 has been spotted on the benchmarking website Geekbench with the model number 23122PCD1G. This model number is associated with the POCO X6.
- The listing reveals an octa-core processor with a maximum CPU clock speed of 2.40GHz, which is most likely the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. The chipset is paired with Adreno TM 710 GPU.
- It’s also codenamed ‘Garnet’, which suggests the POCO X6 will be a rebranded Redmi Note 13 Pro since this phone also carries the same codename.
- On Geekbench, the POCO X6 has scored 1,013 points in the single-core test, and 2,865 points in the multi-core test.
The speculation around Redmi Note 13 Pro launching as POCO X6 globally has been going around for some time. The POCO X6 Pro, on the other hand, is expected to launch as a rebranded Redmi K70e that just launched in China. This isn’t surprising though as Xiaomi usually follows this strategy for Redmi and POCO phones.
As for the POCO X6, here’s what to expect from the smartphone.

- Display: POCO X6 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: The smartphone will most likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC.
- RAM and storage: POCO X6 could launch with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage along with a microSD card for expandable storage.
- Cameras: It could feature a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the POCO X6 could house a 16MP front camera.
- Battery, charging: We could see a 5,100mAh battery with 67W fast charging on the POCO X6.
- Software: On the software front, the POCO X6 could run Android 13-based MIUI 14 out-of-the-box.
