OPPO A3 Pro price in India and specifications have been officially revealed. It’s a new A-series offering that is completely different from the model sold in China. OPPO A3 Pro is the first A-series phone to come with OPPO AI eraser functionality. It also offers a damage-proof All-Round Armour Body and a new reinforced internal structure. The OPPO A3 Pro comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC and 45W fast charging.

The OPPO A3 Pro 5G is priced at Rs 17,999 for the 8GB/ 128GB version and Rs 19,999 for the 8GB/256GB model. The phone will be sold via Flipkart, Amazon, OPPO Store, and retail stores. The company is offering a 10 percent instant discount when paid through select credit and debit cards. Customers can also avail a 6-month no-cost EMI option as well.

The OPPO A3 Pro sports a 6.67-inch HD+ display with 1604 × 720 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It also offers up to 1000 nits peak brightness and Blue Glass double-tempered glass for protection. Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 6nm SoC with ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for graphics.
The chipset is paired with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 native storage, which is further expandable up to 2TB via microSD. The handset runs on Android 14-based ColorOS 14 custom skin out of the box. The OPPO A3 Pro features a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and LED flash and a 2MP portrait camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is an 8MP shooter for selfies and video chats.
The OPPO phone is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP54 rating. Connectivity options include 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The phone packs a 5,100mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC fast charging.

How is the OPPO A3 Pro different?
The OPPO A3 Pro sold in India is completely different from the model that is available in China. Unlike the Chinese variant, this is a mid-range offering. While the China variant offered a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, the Indian model comes with a similar-sized screen but uses an IPS panel and the resolution is also HD.
The Indian model is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 compared to the Dimensity 7050 on the China version. This is the same SoC that powers the OPPO A2 Pro. There should be some performance differences. The China model features a 64MP + 2MP dual camera combination compared to the 50MP + 2MP setup on the Indian variant.
We get a similar 8MP front sensor on both models. The China model gets a slightly smaller 5000mAh battery compared to the 5,100mAh cell on the OPPO A3 Pro Indian model. However, the fast charging speed is reduced to 45W on the model that is sold in the country compared to 67W on the China version.
