Chinese smartphone brand OPPO is all set to launch the OPPO A2 Pro 5G in its home country this month. The company has also revealed some key specifications of the phone, which include its chipset, charging, and battery replacement details.

- Via Weibo, the company has made it official that they will unveil the OPPO A2 Pro 5G on September 15th in China.
- As of now, there is no information about the release of the upcoming OPPO A2 Pro 5G in India.
OPPO A2 Pro design, chipset, and charging details
Design
- The poster confirms that the OPPO A2 Pro 5G will have a circular camera setup on its rear.
- The poster displays the phone in Vast Black and Desert Brown colour options, with the brown variant featuring a leather back.
Chipset, RAM details
- The company has revealed that the upcoming phone will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset.
- Regarding storage, the phone will have 12GB of RAM, along with an additional 12GB of virtual RAM.
Charging, battery replacement details
- The battery capacity of the OPPO A2 Pro 5G hasn’t been revealed officially, but the poster mentioned that the phone will come with 67W Super Flash charging technology.
- As per the company, users purchasing the phone during the pre-sale and initial sales phase will receive a four-year warranty on the battery.
- The warranty will ensure that OPPO’s authorised service centres will examine the battery’s maximum capacity within four years from the activation of the service.
- In case the battery’s capacity falls below 80 percent at any time within the four years, users will qualify for a single, cost-free battery replacement.

As per reports, the OPPO A2 Pro 5G with 8GB+128GB storage may be priced at around CNY 2,099 (approx Rs 22,772), while the 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB variants could be priced at CNY 2,299 (approx Rs 26,173) and CNY 2,499 (approx Rs 28,871), respectively.
