OnePlus has announced a new colour variant for its flagship smartphone in India. It’s the ‘White Space’ colour variant of the OnePlus 12 that has been exclusively available in China. Internationally, it’s said to launch as ‘Glacial White’, and OnePlus has confirmed the new colour option arriving in India. With the new addition, the OnePlus 12 will now be available in three colour options, the others beinf Flowy Emerald and Silky Black.
OnePlus 12 Glacial White colour variant launch date
- The company has confirmed the new OnePlus 12 Glacial White variant is launching on June 6th in India.
- OnePlus on X earlier teased the new colour variant of the OnePlus 12. The teaser image shows only the rear cameras of the phone, and that too partially.
- Here, we can see the OnePlus 12 in a Silverish White colour with Silver frames around the camera ring. Although Glacial White, the colour looks more Silver. The camera module also has a slightly shimmery finish.
- This is most likely the OnePlus 12 White colour variant that’s available in China.
Other than the change in colour, there shouldn’t be any differences in the specifications and features bit. We can’t say yet about the price though. OnePlus 12 is currently available in Flowy Emerald (dark green) and Silky Black. The Flowy Emerald variant has a patterned design at the back, while the classic black one has a velvety finish.
OnePlus 12 is the brand’s flagship smartphone launched at Rs 64,999 for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It goes up to Rs 69,999 for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. With the OnePlus 12, you get a 6.82-inch QHD+ 2K 120Hz OLED display with 4,500 nits peak brightness. It runs the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset under the hood.
The smartphone houses a triple camera setup with a 50MP OIS primary sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, and a 64MP periscope lens. For selfies, there’s a 32MP front camera. On the software front, OnePlus 12 runs Android 14-based OxygenOS, and it packs a 5,400mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC wired and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging technology.
