Smartphone brand OnePlus has revealed that it will be offering discounts on recently launched phones, including the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R, as part of the company’s ‘Community Sale’. Alongside that, the OnePlus Open, OnePlus Nord CE 4, tablets, and other devices can be availed at a lower price compared to their launch price. The OnePlus 12 in Glacial White variant is priced at Rs 64,999 for the 12GB+256GB storage. However, during the OnePlus Community Sale, the company is offering a bank discount of Rs 3,000, a discount coupon of Rs 2,000, and up to 12 months of no-cost EMI on major bank cards.
Meanwhile, those who are interested in buying the OnePlus 12R can avail a bank discount and coupon discount of Rs 2,000 each. Also, Jio postpaid users can avail benefits of up to Rs 2,250.
Additionally, the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R can avail an additional exchange bonus of up to Rs 12,000 and up to Rs 6,000. While the OnePlus 12 will be available from June 6th, the OnePlus 12R is up for sale from June 4th via the company’s online store, OnePlus Experience stores, Amazon and major offline stores.

Should you buy the OnePlus 12 or the OnePlus 12R?
Based on the 91mobiles review, the OnePlus 12 is a value-for-money flagship phone. The smartphone offers a reliable overall performance in terms of display, chipset, cameras, and battery. However, it does not focus heavily on generative AI features. Additionally, the phone can have a better water-resistant build as it features an IP65 rating.

The OnePlus Open is the company’s first-generation foldable smartphone. The software is said to be reliable, but the lack of wireless charging at this price point is a drawback. The cameras are decent, though improvements in low-light photography are needed.
