HMD Global has launched two new Nokia phones: Nokia C21 and Nokia C21 Plus. These come as successors to the Nokia C20 and Nokia C20 Plus, respectively, and feature a familiar design. The devices have a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, up to dual cameras on the back, and run Android 11 (Go Edition). The Nokia C21 and Nokia C21 Plus offer a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Nokia C21, Nokia C21 Plus prices, sale
The Nokia C21 is priced at EUR 99 (around Rs 8,400) and will be on sale in select countries from the end of March. It comes in Dark Blue and Warm Grey colour options.
The Nokia C21 Plus costs EUR119 (approx Rs 10,100) and comes in Dark Cyan and Warm Grey colours. It will roll out in select countries, including the UK from April.

Talking about the specifications, the Nokia C21 Plus has a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1,600 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and toughened glass. It runs on Android 11 Go Edition out of the box and the company is promising quarterly security patches for two years. The phone is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A chipset paired with PowerVR GE8322 GPU for games.
The Nokia C21 Plus packs up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. There is a 5MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. It has a 13MP primary camera on the back and a 2MP depth sensor with an LED flash.
The Nokia C21 Plus comes in two models: one which has a 4000mAh battery and the other with a large 5,050mAh battery that is claimed to last three days on a single charge. It comes with 10W charging support and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and a microUSB port.

Nokia C21 also shares similar hardware as the Nokia C21 Plus, including the display size and chipset. However, it has a single 8MP snapper on the back but the same 5MP snapper for selfies and video chats. There is a 3,000mAh battery with 5W normal charging support. The Nokia C21 packs up to 3GB RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage that is further expandable via a microSD card up to 256GB.
The handset also boots Android 11 Go Edition out of the box and has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and a micro-USB port.
