Following the price leak, the specifications and renders of the upcoming Moto G85 5G have appeared online. The phone will launch as the successor to the Moto G84 5G, launched in India last year. It was recently spotted on BIS and 3C certification websites. Moto G84 5G will likely include a 50MP main camera, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC, a 5,000mAh battery, and much more. Moto G85 5G specifications tipped
Though X (formerly Twitter), tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has revealed the specifications and renders of the Moto G85 5G, which are mentioned below.
- Display: The Moto G85 5G is tipped to boast a 6.67-inch 120Hz curved OLED display compared to the smaller 6.55-inch display on the predecessor.
- Chipset: As per the tipster, the Moto G85 5G will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, which is a recently launched chipset and is said to be similar to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which is equipped in the Moto G84 5G.
- Rear cameras: It might pack a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS-enabled main camera with an f/1.79 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, similar to the camera sensors available on the Moto G84 5G.
- Selfie camera: The tipster says that the smartphone will likely flaunt a 32MP camera with an f/2.45 aperture on the front, which is double what we saw in the predecessor, and supports 1080p video recording at 60 fps.
- RAM, storage: The Moto G85 5G is expected to include 8GB and 12GB RAM options with 256GB of internal storage.
- Software: The yet-to-be-launched Moto G85 5G will operate on Android 14.
- Battery, charging: The phone is tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging technology, also available on the Moto G84 5G. As per the tipster, it will also include the Quick Charge 3+, a fast-charging technology developed by Qualcomm.
- Other features: The Moto G85 5G might also launch with Dolby Audio stereo speakers with an intelligent PA system for better audio and clearer calls, as well as Dolby Atmos, Bluetooth 5.1, USB 2.0, two microphones, and more.

Via the renders posted on the microblogging site, it can be said that the Moto G85 5G boasts a large, curved display and a centered hole-punch cutout at the top for the selfie camera.
Additionally, the renders suggest that the smartphone will be available in Gray, Surf (Blue), and Olivin colour options, which was mentioned in a recent report.
