iQOO Z6 5G India launch is scheduled for March 16th and will be exclusively sold via Amazon, much like other iQOO branded phones. A dedicated microsite has revealed some key specs of the phone, hinting us at what to expect. Now, 91mobiles exclusively brings you your very first look at the iQOO Z6 5G, courtesy of industry insider Ishan Agarwal. This reveals the entire back design of the phone in full glory. Additionally, we have also managed to gather key specifications of the phone beyond what has been teased on Amazon. The iQOO Z6 is a successor to the iQOO Z5 and is expected to have some notable upgrades.
iQOO Z6 design revealed
The iQOO Z6 has a rectangular rear camera module to accommodate triple sensors and an LED flash. There’s 5G and AI Camera text engraved beside the camera cutouts. The phone will come with flat edges to give it an iPhone 13-like design, something that is increasingly common on Android phones. The volume rocker and power button with a fingerprint sensor embedded are on the right spine. The iQOO Z6 can be seen in Black and Blue colour options. The phone could have an aluminium frame and probably a polycarbonate back.

As for the specifications, the Amazon microsite says the handset will have a 6.58-inch FHD+ display with a DCI-P3 colour gamut, 90.61 percent screen to body ratio, and 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 695, which will enable 5G network connectivity. The chipset will be paired with LPDDR4x RAM and a five-layer 1445mm-square vapour chamber system that is claimed to reduce the surface temperature by about 3-degree centigrade and for about 10-degree centigrade during intensive gaming.
Now for the specifications shared by Ishan, the handset is said to arrive with a 50MP primary sensor with Eye AF. It is said to come with RAM 2.0 with up to 4GB virtual RAM and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The phone will have a 5000mAh battery and Ultra Game mode that could possibly boost the gaming experience. It is said to measure 8.25mm and 186 grams.
