iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro debuted in China back in December. These were followed by the iQOO Neo 9s Pro in May. For quite some time we have been hearing rumours about a new model in the line, dubbed the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+. Tipster DigitalChatStation has now revealed some key features of the phone. These suggest some major upgrades over the other models.
iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ specs
- DCS says the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ will have the same hardware as the iQOO Neo 9 Pro China variant.
- However, there will be three major differences/upgrades in chipset, battery, and security.
- To recall, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro shipped with a Dimensity 9300 chip, a 5,160mAh battery and a standard optical in-screen fingerprint sensor.
- The upgrades could be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a bigger capacity battery and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
- The leaker hasn’t revealed the battery capacity details at the moment but that information should come our way pretty soon.
As said, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ will build on the iQOO Neo 9s Pro. The handset already received the MIIT certification with the model number V2403A. The phone might sport a 6.78-inch display, 50MP dual cameras, and 120W fast charging support. The iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ is expected to launch in China in July but the exact date is yet to be revealed.
iQOO Z9 Turbo+
Besides the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+, the tipster also shared some key details about the iQOO Z9 Turbo+. The handset is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Though it was believed to arrive as a mid-range offering, the chipset leak suggests the phone will be the most powerful phone in the segment. For context, the standard iQOO Z9 Turbo shipped with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
