iQOO Neo 9s Pro launched in China last month as a premium mid-range offering. There might be a costlier alternative to the phone, dubbed the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+. Now, a mystery iQOO phone has been spotted on China’s MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) certification. This could very well be the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+. Check out the details.
iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ could be the next premium offering
The MIIT listing shows the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ with the model number V2403A. We further get to know that the phone would come with 5G network support and an Android operating system. However, the version number is not clear at the moment. Not much else is revealed at the moment but we’re hopeful the device might make multiple appearances online before the launch.
iQOO Neo 9s Pro+: what we know so far
Tipster DigitalChatStation says the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ will debut sometime next month. There are reports the phone would come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. In comparison, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro came with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC. We should learn more details about the phone soon.
As said, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ will arrive as a costlier model than the iQOO Neo 9s Pro. To recall, the latter came with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display and a 144Hz refresh rate. This is similar to the iQOO Neo 9 Pro. The phone features a large 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
As said, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC compared to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor on the iQOO Neo 9 Pro. The iQOO Neo 9s Pro features a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera. There is a 16MP shooter at the front for selfies and video chats. Some of these aspects might get notable upgrades on the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+.
