The iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ has been making rounds on the internet. The device is tipped to make its debut in India by the end of July. Days after the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ on China’s MIIT and 3C certification websites, the company’s brand manager revealed the China launch date of the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ in a Weibo post. It will come with a similar design as the iQOO Neo 9 Pro but with some hardware upgrades. Let’s take a look at what we can expect from the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+.

iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ launch, key specs officially revealed

The Vivo brand manager officially announced on their Weibo account (via) that the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ will see the light of day in China on July 11th. Design-wise, the phone will resemble the Neo 9 Pro, but it will have a new blue leather back and upgrades in the hardware specifications department.

The most significant upgrade is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ over the Dimensity 9300+ SoC seen in the iQOO Neo 9 Pro. Additionally, the device will draw power from a bigger battery with a 5,500mAh capacity and 120W charging support, compared to the iQOO Neo 9 Pro’s 5,160mAh battery with 120W charging support.

Despite the larger battery, the smartphone will maintain its slim profile. The glass model will be 7.99 mm thin, while the hero colour, Buff Blue, leather, will probably be 8.3 mm thin, the same as the iQOO Neo 9 Pro.

The post also reveals that the device will have two 50MP cameras at the rear, a primary snapper and an ultrawide lens. Moreover, it will run on OriginOS 4.0 out of the box and feature AI technologies as well.

A previous leak suggests that the device will flaunt a 6.78-inch display. The other specifications of the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ are still under wraps, but we expect to learn more about them in the coming days. While the company is close-lipped about the India launch of the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+, the rumour mill suggests the device will debut in India by the end of July and could be released in the country a few days after its China debut.
