- Display: According to the tipster, the iQOO 13 will flaunt a 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED panel that will support a resolution of 2800x1260 pixels. This suggests it will be relatively the same as its predecessor, the iQOO 12.
- Processor: Under the hood, the device will draw power from the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 flagship SoC, a considerable upgrade over the iQOO 12's Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
