Earlier this month, details about the iQOO 13’s battery and charging speed surfaced online, revealing key hardware configuration ahead of the device’s launch. Now, more information about the iQOO 13’s specifications is making rounds on the internet. This time, it reveals the display, processor, memory, and storage details of the iQOO 13. The news comes from a reliable leaker, the Digital Chat Station on Weibo (via). Here’s everything we know about the iQOO 13 so far.

iQOO 13 specifications tipped 

  • Display: According to the tipster, the iQOO 13 will flaunt a 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED panel that will support a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels. This suggests it will be relatively the same as its predecessor, the iQOO 12
  • Processor: Under the hood, the device will draw power from the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 flagship SoC, a considerable upgrade over the iQOO 12’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

  • RAM/Storage: The device will ship with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, the same as the iQOO 12 (review). 
  • Battery: As per the previous leak, the iQOO 13 will get its juice from a 6,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. This means we will see a 1,000mAh battery upgrade with the iQOO 13 over its predecessor, the iQOO 12. However, the charging speed remains the same.
