iPhone 13 will be available under Rs 50,000 during Amazon Prime Day sale but should you buy it?

Amazon Prime Day sale is set to happen on July 20th and 21st. This will bring special offers on various products, including smartphones, electronics and more. The e-commerce giant has been revealing newer details about the deals which will be live during the sale this weekend. One such deal that caught our attention now is the iPhone 13. During the Amazon Prime Day sale, the said Apple phone will be available for under Rs 50,000.

iPhone 13 deal during Amazon Prime Day

At the moment, the iPhone 13 is selling for Rs 49,300 for the base model.
During the Amazon Prime Day sale, the phone will be available at Rs 48,999
There will be a bank offer, which will bring down the price to Rs 47,999. This price will be valid for two days: July 20th and July 21st.
For those unaware, the iPhone 13 launched in 2022 at Rs 79,900 for the base 128GB model.

Should you buy the iPhone 13?

iPhone 13 definitely works as a good entry point to the Apple ecosystem considering the iPhone 12 is quite old. However, at Rs 47,999, there are way too many great alternatives at the other end of the spectrum i.e. Android models. Since the price of the iPhone 13 is discounted during the sale period, there are other notable discounts on Android flagships which offer better value for money.

Since the iPhone 13 is two generations old (three generations this September when the iPhone 16 launches). What this means is that you will be stuck with a dated chipset, a bland design, and an average battery life that may not last one complete day. The cameras on the iPhone 13 are decent should may not match today’s standards.
