The HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X have launched in India today. The HP EliteBook Ultra AI PC is targeted at enterprises, and the HP OmniBook X AI PC is built for retail consumers and creators alike. Let’s take a closer look at what these new AI PCs have to offer:
HP EliteBook Ultra & HP OmniBook X: price, availability
The HP EliteBook Ultra is priced at Rs 1,69,934 in India and it’s available for pre-booking through HP partners or the HP Online Store. The OmniBook X is priced at Rs 1,39,999 and you can pre-book it at HP World stores, the HP Online store, Reliance Digital, Croma, and Vijay Sales.
HP EliteBook Ultra & HP OmniBook X: specifications, features
- Display: Both the EliteBook Ultra & HP OmniBook X feature a 14-inch touchscreen IPS display with a 2K resolution (2240 x 1400p), a 100 percent sRGB colour gamut, and 300nits of brightness.
- Processor & graphics: The Snapdragon X Elite X1E-78-100 processor with 12 cores and up to 3.4GHz of clock speed powers the laptops. For graphics, the machines use integrated Qualcomm Adreno graphics and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU for AI processing.
- RAM & storage: The laptops come with 16GB of LPDDR5x 8400MHz onboard RAM and 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2 SSD for storage.
- OS: Both the EliteBook Ultra and the OmniBook X come with the Windows 11 Pro version.
- Audio: The laptops use a Poly Studio dual stereo speaker setup with HP audio boost.
- Battery: A 59Wh battery powers both laptops, with a 65W USB Type-C HP smart adapter used for charging.
- I/O ports: The OmniBook X comes with a USB Type-A port (HP Sleep and Charge), one 3.5mm combo jack, one USB Type-C 10Gbps, and one USB Type-C 40Gbps port.
- The Elitebook Ultra features one USB Type-C 40Gbps port, one USB Type-C 10Gbps port, one USB Type-A 5Gbps charging port, and one stereo headphone/microphone combo jack.
