itel launched the Unicorn Pro smartwatch in India earlier this month. It is now planning to launch a new smartwatch called the itel Unicorn in India, as per industry sources. This is a unique smartwatch that offers users the versatility to wear it on the wrist or as a pendant in a necklace. So the itel Unicorn watch is a 2-in-1 wearable that doubles as a smartwatch and a fashion accessory.
itel Unicorn smartwatch: what we know so far
- On the outside, the itel Unicorn smartwatch looks quite like a normal pendant with its circular dial and gold-coloured chain. The brand has designed this wearable fashion with the Gen Z crowd in mind.
- It features a rotating crown on the side with a button on top. It looks like this will be the power button, while the rotating crown will be used to navigate the smartwatch.
In terms of specifications, the itel Unicorn watch is tipped to feature a 1.43-inch AMOLED display. The smartwatch is also said to come with fast charging support. itel is targeting the “fashion-conscious youth” with this new 2-in-1 wearable. This will be the second itel Unicorn smartwatch to launch in India. It launched the itel Unicorn Pro smartwatch earlier this month at Rs 3,799. The smartwatch features a 1.43-inch AMOLED always-on-display with 1,000 nits peak brightness and over 200 watch faces. It’s powered by a dual-core processor and packs a 360mAh battery claimed to last for up to 7 days.
The itel Unicorn Pro smartwatch comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It has a heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, and it also measures and sleep and mensuration cycles. The smartwatch also offers over 100 fitness modes.
