CMF Phone 1 to feature replaceable back covers with lanyard, stand and other accessories

CMF Phone 1 India launch is set for July 8th. This is the first phone from the Nothing sub-brand. Ahead of the launch, CMF has been revealing key details about the Phone 1. It has since teased a unique design for the CMF Phone 1 and now we know that the device will feature a customisable back along with support for different accessories.

CMF Phone 1 customisable design

Just like its parent brand, CMF is also trying to offer something new and different with its first phone. The brand has revealed a customisable back design for the CMF Phone 1 with support for different accessories.
So the CMF Phone 1 will come in four colours: Black, Orange, Light Green, and Blue. The Blue and Orange cases feature a vegan leather design, while the Black and Light Green colours have a subtle texture.
These are replaceable backs that you can change and even attach accessories to. Speaking of which, the CMF Phone 1 has a rotating wheel at the bottom left corner where you can attach accessories like a lanyard or a stand.
The CMF Phone 1 comes with a pouch at the back to keep your cards. It’s similar to the phone cases that come with pouches.
There’s also a SIM ejector tool and screwdriver clubbed into one to help remove the back cover.
While the cases are different in colour, the accessories including the rotating wheel have been shown in orange so far. It’s not confirmed if CMF will offer the accessories in matching colours for the back covers.

CMF Phone 1: what we know so far

The CMF Phone 1 is confirmed to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. It will feature a dual-camera setup with a Sony 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens and a depth sensor. The CMF Phone 1 is also confirmed to feature a 120Hz Super AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits.
