CMF Phone (1) launch date has been officially revealed by the brand. The first phone under the sub-brand will debut on July 8th at 2:30 PM IST. Surprisingly, the CMF Buds 2 Pro and Watch Pro 2 will join the phone on the same stage. The handset will be available via Flipkart and there is a dedicated microsite on the platform. CMF is keeping the design of the phone under wraps to keep the suspense alive.

- CMF Phone (1) will be launched globally and in India on July 8th at 2:30 PM IST. The same has been updated on Flipkart as well.
- While the teaser images don’t reveal the actual design, we are treated with the same circular rotating crown, hinting at the possible option to replace the back panel.
- CMF Buds Pro 2 TWS and CMF Watch Pro 2 smartwatch will debut alongside the Phone (1) and these arrive as successors to their first generation models.
- The CMF Watch Pro 2 will have a circular dial unlike the predecessor, which had a square-screen.

- The earlier teaser video showed three types of dials. The first could belong to the Phone (1), while the remaining two are for the smartwatch and TWS earbuds.
- It remains to be seen whether the rotating dial will have any functionality like controlling volume, etc.
- The teaser clip also hinted the CMF Watch Pro 2 could come with a replaceable dial option like the Huawei Watch GT Cyber
Not much else is known about the smartwatch and TWS earbuds at the moment. An alleged CMF Watch Pro 2 recently bagged the BIS certification with the model number D395. However, the listing doesn’t reveal any details about the smartwatch. We can speculate that the company might introduce some improvements to activity tracking, better interface and connectivity.
CMF Phone (1): what we know so far
CMF Phone (1) is expected to come with an option to replace the back panel and there will be multiple colour options to choose from. This means we won’t get Glyph light support this time around.
The handset is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, which is a successor to the Dimensity 7200 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. CMF might also offer a microSD card slot for storage expansion. We might get a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and slim bezels.
The CMF Phone (1) is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera and an unspecified secondary lens. There could be a 16MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. The handset might pack a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and is likely to boot Android 14-based Nothing OS custom skin out of the box.
CMF Phone (1) price details were exclusively revealed by 91mobiles. The box price of the phone is said to be Rs 19,999 for the base 6GB/128GB model but the actual cost could be Rs 18,000 without any discounts and Rs 17,000 with bank offers.
