CMF by Nothing is all set to unveil the CMF Buds Pro 2, alongside the CMF Phone 1 and Watch Pro 2, in India on July 8th. However, some key features, including details about active noise cancellation (ANC) of the yet-to-be-launched earbuds, have been confirmed ahead of the official announcement. CMF Buds Pro 2 key features confirmed
- Though X (formerly Twitter), CMF by Nothing has revealed that the upcoming Buds Pro 2 will include a 50db Hybrid ANC.
- This will be an upgrade compared to the 45db Hybrid ANC available on the predecessor, the CMF Buds Pro.
- Notably, 50dB and 45dB Hybrid ANC effectively reduce ambient noise. However, the 50dB indicates stronger noise reduction capabilities across various environments.
- Meanwhile, it is also speculated that the CMF Buds Pro 2 will feature dual drivers for HiFi sound to deliver enhanced and detailed audio reproduction and will also include ChatGPT integration.
- The teaser image on X also reveals that the upcoming CMF Buds Pro 2 will be available in Blue alongside other colours, like Black or Grey, on Flipkart.
CMF Buds Pro 2: what to expect
The features of the CMF Buds Pro 2 are yet to be revealed, but it has already been revealed that the earbuds will come with a ‘customisable Smart Dial,’ which will be integrated into the case to likely provide intuitive sound control to its users. Notably, the dial looks similar to the rotary dial on the CMF Buds’ charging case.
Meanwhile, the CMF Buds Pro was launched for Rs 3,499, with a 10mm dynamic driver, six microphones in total, up to 39 hours of battery life with a fast charging feature, an IP54 rating, Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity, and in-ear detection, alongside other features.
