Computex 2024: New ASUS TUF Gaming, Zenbook, and ProArt series laptops launched

ASUS has introduced its latest lineup of AI PCs at Computex 2024. The new lineup includes latest laptop models from TUF Gaming series, Zenbook series and ProArt series. All these new laptops feature AMD’s latest AI 300 series processors, which comes with an in-built NPU chipset to improve AI processing. ASUS TUF Gaming series laptops: specifications, features

The ASUS TUF Gaming series laptops include two variants, the A14 and A16. The TUF Gaming A14 features a 14-inch 2.5K IPS display with a 2560×1600p resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, a 100 percent sRGB colour gamut, 400nits of peak brightness, and NVIDIA G-Sync support.

The latest AMD Ryzen AI HX 370 processor powers the laptop. It comes with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 laptop GPU with a 100W maximum TGP, up to 32GB of dual-channel LPDDR5X 7500MHz RAM, and two M.2 2280 SSD slots with storage capacity up to 2TB.

The TUF Gaming A16 instead comes with a 16-inch display that shares the same specifications and an NVIDIA RTX 4070 laptop GPU with a 140W maximum TGP. The other specifications remain consistent with the TUF Gaming A14.

ASUS Zenbook S 16: specifications, features

The Zenbook S 16 features a 16-inch OLED display with a 3K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 400nits of peak brightness and 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. There’s also a touchscreen variant available. The laptop packs an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor paired with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD.

ASUS ProArt series laptops: specifications, features

The ProArt series laptops are designed for creators and come with discrete GPU’s to assist with content creation. The series includes the ProArt PX13 and ProArt P16 models. The top-end ProArt P16 features a 16-inch 4K OLED display with an aspect ratio of 16:10, 500nits of peak brightness, a 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut, a 60Hz refresh rate, VESA-certified displayHDR True Black 500, and more.

The laptop features AMD’s Ryzen 9 AI HX 370 processor paired with up to 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM, up to 4TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage. For graphics, the laptop can come with up to an NVIDIA RTX 4070 mobile GPU with 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM.

The ProArt PX13 features a 13.3-inch 3K OLED touchscreen display, which shares its specifications with the ProArt P16. The key differences between both include a reduced RAM capacity of up to 32GB LPDDR5X on board and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. The laptop is quite light at just 1.39kg and is a convertible machine with a 360 degree hinge design. The laptop is military standard 810H US certified for enhanced durability.

ASUS 2024 laptop lineup: price, availability

The ASUS Zenbook S 16, ProArt P16, and PX13 are now available for pre-order at ASUS’s official website worldwide. The Zenbook S 16 is priced starting at USD 1,399 (~ Rs 1,16,680). The ProArt PX13 convertible is available starting at USD 1,699 (~ Rs 1,41,699 ) and the ProArt P16 clamshell laptop starts at USD 1,899 (~ Rs 1,58,380). The pricing details of the TUF Gaming series have not yet been revealed.
