TRIVIA

Trivia

One of the main characters in both films is a spoof of a Russian pop singer: Tima Milan in The Best Movie (2008) portrays Dima Bilan, and Dimaty parodies Timur Yunusov.

The previous film, The Best Movie (2008), includes a spoof of Dima Bilan's number at The Eurovision Song Contest (2006), where he won the second place, and this film spoofs his number at The Eurovision Song Contest (2008), which he won.

Andrey Myagkov's role in The Irony of Fate 2 (2007) is spoofed in this film by Mikhail Efremov, while Efremov's role in another 2007 film, 12 (2007), is spoofed here by Vladimir Vinogradov. Lyubov Rudneva also acted both in this film and in "12".
