Trivia

Adrian Scarborough previously appeared as Fortnum in the film adaptation of the play, The Madness of King George (1994).

In the play, George III reads Shakespeare's King Lear. Adrian Scarborough (who plays Willis in the production) previously appeared in a revival of King Lear at the Royal National Theatre alongside Simon Russell Beale in the title role. The production was subsequently broadcast to cinemas by National Theatre Live - the same people behind the broadcast of this play.
