During the bit called "Doo Doo Falls", Brandon Novak broke all his left ribs except 1, and he got a concussion. He was supposed to do this stunt without a helmet, but Johnny Knoxville, and Jolene Van Vugt from Nitro Circus (2009) both insisted that he should wear one, which literally saved Novak's life.
In the first shot when they are running with suitcases you do not see Steve-O, as he was not able to make the trip.
Brandon Novak would volunteer to do the stunts that no one else would want to do. He was not sober at the time, so he would also hope that if he ended up in the hospital from a stunt, that he would receive free pain medication.
Final Jackass film with Ryan Dunn. It was released on DVD only 6 days before his death.
The Kissing Booth bit with Preston Lacy had to be done twice because on the first take, Steve-O's hand was in front of the camera. Bam Margera also did this bit, but his take was never shown.
"Loomis Fall: [shot from behind with a portable cannon] Fuck! Ryan Dunn: What the fuck was that?"
"Bam Margera: Dave got kicked right in his fucking face. Ryan Dunn: He deserves it. Bam Margera: Everybody deserves everything. Ryan Dunn: Yeah. Bam Margera: You deserve this. [tries to push Dunn's chair over but fails and Dunn pushes him down]"
