IMDbAlthough not acknowledged as such, this film is actually a remake of Double Down (2005), Neil Breen's first feature film. Both feature Breen playing a super hacker tackling national and international corruption while pining for lost love.
The "No more books!" scene took 29 takes. In one take, Neil Breen accidentally cracked a laptop screen while throwing a book.
Neil Breen is 32 years older than the actress (Jennifer Autry) who plays Leah, his childhood best friend. It's never made clear why he cast someone so much younger than him to play a character of the same age.
It took 74 minutes for the lead character to mention "corruption".
Filming halted briefly when Neil Breen accidentally fired himself while mistakenly looking in a mirror.
"Dylan: [while cradling Jim's dead body] I can't believe you committed suicide. I cannot believe you committed suicide. How could you have done this? How could you have committed suicide?"
"Bank President: I resign today as President of the Bank."
